Our Products
Our VDS series dryers offer a product safe process for low temperature vacuum drying. Vacuum drying is especially effective for heat sensitive materials and allows for closed system benefits where solvent recovery is required. Our integrated programmable temperature controller allows the user to adjust environmental conditions inside the chamber to best suit there process needs. Once set, the operation is made simple with large industrial control buttons and colorful indicator lights to show process status. A dry check process or rate of rise test is used on our dryers to allow the user to proof the product. This test is the final assurance that the products in the VDS series dryer are dry prior to the user breaking vacuum to remove. We confidently offer our VDS series vacuum dryers as a safe, non destructive, simple and efficient method for drying a multitude of product types.
Originally designed for welding applications, the VGB series vacuum glove box is used to create a pure working environment for applications and process’s that require a carefully controlled environment. The fully automated process creates a vacuum in the glove box allowing for the back fill of argon or another inert gas mixture. Once the proper environment has been obtained, the chamber will signal the operator that the process can begin. Cycles are made simple with industrial type user panels and colorful illuminating pilot lights. System controls include a programmable logic controller, pressure gauges and an industrial user panel. The process is run by the PLC and can be modified to meet any process requirement. The chamber is designed with oversized viewing ports, custom multi axis door hinge, all welded steel construction, exterior powder coated, PLC system controls and a large two stage mechanical pump. If you like, quality, well designed, solid built machines, then you’ll love our VGB series, simply put, it’s the finest glove box on the market.
Our TTD series offers clean table top design for labs that are limited in floor space or just require individual station pumping. Purchase either with or without our two stage mechanical vacuum pump, acrylic or glass bell jar, the TTD series offers flexibility and simplicity in bell jar pumping. Features include; stainless steel manually operated vacuum and vent valves, stainless steel base plate and stainless steel high vacuum quality plumbing hardware make this a solid pumping design for many applications. The low profile powder coated cabinet houses the hardware and allows for single point connections on the rear of the cabinet for both the vacuum and vent connections. Use with the standard dial vacuum gauge or option for the convectron gauge configuration. Solid built to sit firmly on a work table, our TTD series is degassing made simple in a clean design package.

Our VO series ovens are vacuum systems first, ovens second. By focusing our attention to a thermally stable design we have developed a very efficient vacuum pumping system that works extremely well under high temperature loads. We incorporate individual strip type heating elements to the exterior of the inner vacuum chamber shell, then insulate using aerospace materials to maximize the thermal energy transfer to the inner box. Our unique interlacing “honey comb” structural support system allows us to use lighter materials for the inner vacuum chamber with out compromising the integrity of the vacuum structure during high heat loads while under vacuum. Simply put, our chamber does not move in high temperatures. By addressing the structural integrity of our design, we have found this wall thickness to be perfect for thermal transfer resulting in better temperature control, faster heat cycles and reduced energy costs. Our DC series offers clean design, powder coated exterior cabinet, replaceable silicone door gasket, electro magnetic chamber door locks, direct drive vacuum pumps, high vacuum quality components, industrial controls with solid state operating hardware, colorful illuminated status lights and a single large, view port that allows the user to monitor the cycle. Simple turn key design, user adjustable programmable controls, pressure and temperature interlocks and a single start / stop button operation. Clean industrial design, our VO series ovens are built to last with a solid chamber design and replaceable heater elements.
Our ATC series altitude test chamber is designed to simulate any altitude required for flight hardware. Controls include a user interface panel with data logging features that allow the operated to simply punch in the test parameters of the desired test and start process. Altitude in the chamber is displayed on the front panel and maintained by upstream control of a variable leak valve, working together with a capacitance monometer. By admitting a controlled amount of air or gas through the variable leak valve, we are able to precisely maintain an accurate altitude or “vacuum pressure”. Our ATC series incorporates a large vacuum pump to insure altitude is maintained and recovered quickly. Technologically advanced controls and solid fabrication make our ATC series altitude test chamber soar above the competition.
The PVC series chamber is a multi purpose high vacuum chamber that can be configured for many different application uses. Originally designed for use as a thin film deposition system, our application engineers are available to assist end users in all the design designation uses for the PVC series chamber. Still widely used as a thin film deposition system, all configurations are offered fully operational with turn key systems. Our VCP Series chambers are quality built, constructed of stainless steel and offer as an option, double wall constructed for exterior shell water cooling to be used in high temperature applications.
Our BVS series is an evolution in design, based on design elements of the past. Our design team combined all the best features, from the most successful manufactures, then incorporated some of our own. We ended up with a basic high vacuum pumping system that offers sound pumping properties, is easy to maintain and a dependable productive work horse. The BVS is our multi purpose high vacuum bell jar system that can be integrated with several different processing configurations such as, thin film deposition, sputtering technology and web coating to name a few. Our BVS Series systems are available in 18”and 24” diameter bell jars and offer several different pumping configurations. A simple, dependable, time tested design with an emphasis on high speed pumping makes our BVS series bell jar systems equal to no other, past or present.
Designed for NASA flight hardware as a low temperature test chamber, our TVC series is now used extensively in commercial and industrial manufacturing applications. All TVC series cooling systems are designed specifically for each use and may include different forms of cooling and heating based on that application. Most applications will incorporate either a thermal plate, clam shell style shroud or fixed bell jar shroud. Our low temperature thermal control system is maintained by an industry leading cascade refrigeration system. This typically allows for low temperatures (-100 degrees F) and heating (75 degrees F). All TVC series vacuum system designs are fully operational, cryogenically pumped, high vacuum systems that are typically capable of reaching pressures in the 10-8 Torr range. Controls are turn key, using state of the art operating systems that allow our TVC series systems to maintain both thermal and vacuum levels accurately. The TVC series system is a solid vacuum design that offers accurate dependable operation.
Our CVS series centralized pumping stations are designed to be conveniently placed away from the production floor or process and serve many work stations. We offer centralized systems that range from 30 CFM to 2000 CFM and can accommodate pressure ranges from .5 Torr to 10mTorr. Understanding most centralized systems end up out of site, we design our CVS series systems to be dependable pumping system that can operate unsupervised and with minimal maintenance. Our engineering staff is always available to assist with sizing requirements and offer suggestions to best maximize your pumping system operation. We are familiar with most issues associated with this type of application and are happy to share this knowledge with our customers to help them best achieve there pumping needs. Our CVS series systems are configured for both simplex and duplex automatic pumping with manual overrides. We offer several types of mechanical pump configurations such as oil sealed rotary vane, liquid ring, rotary piston and dry technology pumps.
